Buses:
  • Companies are extremely likely to cancel departures or operations for the entire day on public holidays. Customers have the option of having their seat modified in their next order or receiving a full refund in this event. The customer must file a complaint and request a refund or adjustment in this scenario. Booking Counter will check with the reputable company and respond to the customer's inquiry as needed.
  • If you miss the bus, you must contact the Booking Counter within three days of departure to receive a full refund; however, if you miss the bus, no refund will be issued.
  • All transportation tickets can be cancelled up to 2 hours before departure for a fee, and on-the-spot requests will not be accepted.

  • Kohistan Daewoo: 30% penalty of the ticket price will be charged to customers.
  • Bilal Travels: 30% penalty of the ticket price will be charged to customers.

Customers will be charged 30 percent of the ticket price as a penalty 2 hours before departure for all other bus service operators. After the departure date, refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days. For refunds, you must have a bank account. Cancellation/adjustment of an order can only be done once.

The reimbursement will be added to the customer's Booking Counter wallet if it is less than PKR 300. (This guideline only applies to people who use the booking counter.)

Airlines:

Customers must check with their respective airline operator for information on ticket cancellation before departure, ticket revisions, and what to do if they miss their trip. The purchased ticket contains all of the necessary information. In case of cancellation, penalty charges will include additional 5% gateway charges.

Hotels:

You must read the terms and conditions of the hotel you wish to book properly. The confirmation email, as well as the hotel details part of the website and mobile app, contain all information about refunds, cancellations, and failure to show up.
