These terms and conditions, as revised from time to time, apply to any of our services made available online, through any mobile device, by email, or by telephone, whether directly or indirectly (through distributors). You acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth below by accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through whichever platform (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Platform") and/or by completing a reservation (including the privacy statement).
Booking Counter Tickets Pvt. Ltd. owns and operates all Booking Counter services. These terms and conditions constitute a legally enforceable agreement between all of our customers and Booking Counter about your usage of the services provided. Unauthorized access, distribution, reproduction, copying, retransmission, publication, sale, exploitation (commercial or otherwise), or any other form of transfer of any portion of the website, application, or other services is expressly prohibited, including but not limited to all content, services, digital products, tools, or products. If a bus, airline, hotel, or cinema firm has authorised online access, Booking Counter will give you e-tickets through SMS/email. In the event of cancellation or other unforeseen circumstances, Booking Counter is not liable for any losses, refunds, or other damages. Booking Counter is a ticketing platform that specialises in issuing tickets. Booking Counter is not liable for any company's delays or cancellations.
Mode of Payment
Currently, Booking Counter supports 6 types of payment methods listed before:

- Jazz Cash Mobile Account

- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfer
Booking Counter may seek a photo identity and masked card data if you pay with a credit/debit card, which is a requirement of the State Bank of Pakistan.
Permitted Use:
Only personal and non-commercial use is permitted on our website and application. Copyrights, trademarks, and other applicable laws protect all information. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Booking Counter, you agree not to use the website or application for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use, and you agree not to reproduce, download, publish, edit, or otherwise disseminate or use any material. You further agree that without Booking Counter's prior written authorization, you will not link to any page on the website other than the home page (for example, "deep linking"). It is forbidden to use the website or applications, as well as any materials or content, for any commercial or other illegal purpose.
For any offers/rewards/contests/lucky draws:
Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided by the Participant during the online purchase process. Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash. Booking Counter's decision is final and binding on all parties involved in all things connected to or in connection with any offers/rewards/contests/lucky draws (including the selection of the winners). The Lucky Draw is governed by these terms and conditions, as well as any supporting details and/or guidelines (if any) that Booking Counter may provide and specify. By submitting an entry, the Participant acknowledges that he or she has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. Anyone who meets the following conditions is eligible to enter the Lucky Draw:
- A Pakistani citizen or permanent resident who is over the age of 18.
- Not an employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Booking Counter (hereinafter referred to as "Participant" and together as "Participants").
- Booking Counter retains the right to evaluate any participant's eligibility at any moment and to disqualify any participant who does not match the aforesaid conditions.
- Subscribers to Booking Counter's free services are not eligible for the Lucky Draw.
Promotion Period:
Only purchases made during the Promotion Period will be entered into the Lucky Draw. Booking Counter maintains the right to suspend or extend the Submission Period at any time and without responsibility in its sole and absolute discretion. Booking Counter's platforms will be used to inform any changes in dates.
Notification to Winner:
Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided by the Participant during the online purchase process. If for whatever reason, Booking Counter is unable to contact any of the winners within three working days, that winner's reward will be forfeited at the sole discretion of Booking Counter. There will be no other options available. Please note that any contest/offer/reward/lucky draw will only have one winner.
Exclusion of Liability:
Booking Counter, its employees, agents, and representatives expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from the Lucky Draw and any materials published in connection with it. Furthermore, Booking Counter, its employees, agents, and representatives are not liable for any entries lost or destroyed during transportation. Travel-related prizes will be awarded based on the customer's travel availability. If you do not receive a visa, the offer is no longer valid for you.
Privacy Policy - Personally Identifiable Information
The Booking Counter Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by this reference, governs your use of the Booking Counter website or application, as well as any information submitted by you or obtained by either Booking Counter or third parties.
